Customers should be aware and understand that lost or stolen smartphones/devices must be brought to your local authorities for proper lost and found filing. Customer/s must be the rightful owner of device/smartphone brought in for repair/service. In the event that a device/smartphone is in question due to IMEI or serial number reports lost/stolen, Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys reserves the right to hold device/smartphone and call proper Local Authorities.

Customers must checked their device before bringing in for service/repair and fully understand and to the best of their knowledge that only the specific claimed service/repair is required at the time of administration and that all other features, functions or hardware of the device is working properly. Customers should also understand that it is customers responsibility to notify Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys of ALL features, functions, hardware/software or cosmetic defects/damages that my device may already have other then the reason of administration service/repair. Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys will NOT be liable or responsible for any damages to customer's device.

90-Day Warranty only valid for original part replacement purchased from Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys. Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys will take the time to explain to the cusomer that any valid current warranty for the device manufacturer or original retailer can be VOID once Gizmo Direct performs any service or repair. Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys will NOT be responsible for any loss or void of Original Warranty. Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys 90-day warranty is only valid for the replaced original hardware purchased from Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys and does not cover cosmetic damages. Gizmo Gadget Fixer Guys will NOT be responsible or liable for any non-related or other hardware/software issues that may occur after original service/repair was performed. We value your privacy and honor your loyalty, we value your business. Warranty does NOT cover cracks.

All Sales are Final - NO REFUND with Electronics, (30-days) repair or exchange, all electronics are tested before sale.
